The Hello click to call service (" Service ") is provided by WhitePhone Limited (" WhitePhone ") and this privacy policy is designed to assist you in understanding how WhitePhone uses and safeguards information and resources users (" Users ") provide whilst using the Service. | Information transmitted |
Using Hello does not transmit any personal data to the recipient of the call (" Recipient "). Certain information about the configuration of your PC may be provided to WhitePhone and is used by us to help establish an effective connection and to prevent abuse of the Service. We also monitor the length of the call and report this with the billing information to the Recipient. However, your identity will remain anonymous except to the extent that you disclose it verbally during the course of the call.
From time to time, new services may be added which improve, modify or extend the functionality of the Service.
The Recipient may ask you for your contact details and to opt in to receive communications from them and this opt in may give them the right to communicate with you from time to time. If you are unhappy about these communications you should take this up with the Recipient directly.

| Security |
Although Hello is used to set up and monitor the connection the actual data traffic in such communications is encrypted using 128 bit encryption and are at least partially routed via the Internet. Users are not permitted to intercept or monitor, damage or modify any communications intended for others. |
| Recording |
| We do not record voice communications made using Hello, but the Recipient may choose to do so and will advise you on their web site or on receipt of the call if this is the case. Any call you make to WhitePhone or message you send to us may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and security. |
| Messages |
| We will collect and store all messages where the Recipient uses our system for recording messages.. If a Recipient chooses to delete messages they can do so and they will be removed from our central system. We may also remove messages if they become too old or exceed any reasonable storage limits we may introduce. |
| No unnecessary information collected |
No information concerning your computing capabilities is collected that is not related to providing the Service, including other installed software systems, non-service-related content, or hardware peripherals. No information about your specific computing facilities will be provided to any third party unless required by the terms of use of a service that you registered to use.

| Protection of information |
| Information you provide is stored using industrial strength secure database and firewall technology and we review our security policies on a frequent basis. |
| Abuse |
If you wish to report abuse of the Service you should send an email, text message or voicemail to abuse@whitephone.com . We take abuse very seriously and will make reasonable endeavours to prevent actions which may harm other Users, ourselves, or the Service but, should abuse arise, our liabilities are limited in accordance with the Terms of Use.
Users may not use the Service to make unnecessary or time-wasting calls, nor may you use it in conjunction in any automated manner or in any way whatsoever which does or is likely to cause harm to a Recipient. If abuse does arise we may block the offending User from accessing the Service in future.

| Risks and Disclaimers |
We cannot ensure or warrant that Recipients won't receive unsolicited messages from other parties, however if this does arise, please contact support@whitephone.com and we will investigate the matter and, where there are valid grounds for doing so, block any offending parties. The use of Software and Service is at your own risk. |
| Indemnity |
You agree to indemnify and hold WhitePhone, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any use you make of the Service or your violation of any rights of another person or entity. |

The trademarks, logos and service marks ("Marks") displayed on this Site are the property of WhitePhone or other third parties. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of WhitePhone or such third party, which may own the Marks. WhitePhone and the WhitePhone logo are trademarks of WhitePhone.
