To add money to your phone account balance
click on the Account Balance at
the bottom of your WhitePhone window or “To
add money to your account: click here” in the Call tab and you will be
taken to an Account Log-in page in a browser window. Enter your registered email address and
password. These are the same as the ones used to access the WhitePhone
software. Click Login.
Fill
in the payment details (Visa or Master Card) and select the amount you want
to add to the account. As part of our
anti-fraud procedures, there are certain restrictions on the amount which can
be added at any one time. You will
receive a message if you try to add more than the maximum available for your
account.
Your address will be retrieved from your
account details. If this is not the address that your credit card is
registered to please edit the fields and provide the correct information. It
is important that this information is provided correctly, as failure to do so
could result in your account being blocked by our anti-fraud procedures.
When
you have provided all the details hit Submit and wait for your card to be processed.
As
soon as the payment has been processed the funds will be available for make
calls.
Your new balance will appear in the Phone Calls window. If this doesn't
up-date and you need to see the balance then go to File and Log Out and log
back in to WhitePhone. Your New balance will then be displayed. |
