FollowMe! is a unique service which allows On Net calls to be re-directed to mobile or fixed telephone lines. Designed for the mobile phone in particular FollowMe! is simple to use and requires two actions to make it work.

How to enter phone numbers

In your personal profile you can add in your regular off net phone numbers.

These should be entered as follows:

The number should start with a “+” and have the full country code and number but normally exclude the leading zero where appropriate (e.g. +441534746533). If you are in doubt get some one to try to call you or call the operator for assistance.

Inside the U.S:  These should be entered in international format which means phone numbers must start with the “+” sign, followed by the 1 and the phone number.  No dashes are necessary. For example, if your number is (310) 624-3884, the correct format would be +13106243884.

Once the numbers are stored against your personal profile they are available for viewing with your contact information if you have set the option to allow people to view you in the directory.

These numbers will also appear in the FollowMe! Tab if you select this option when trying to call someone who doesn't reply to an On Net call.

To use FollowMe! just click on the phone number and the details will be automatically keyed into the phone pad and the number called for you.
