Company Profile

In your Company Profile you can edit your company contact details, upload a logo, and select the regions you do business in, providing you have admin access to this area.

Please note: the first user to sign up for WhitePhone Business will have full administration rights while the other additional users will only have it if the first user has given them access.

Providing you have administration rights to access this area you can amend your company contact details. Please ensure this information is correct, as it will be displayed to other companies.

When the information is correct click the OK button.

Logo Upload

To upload your company logo click on the Logo Upload Tab under

Profiles / Company Profile.

Your image must be either GIF or JPEG format and be 160 pixels wide by 120 pixels high. The total file size must be under 20kb.

To upload your logo click the browser button, find the logo on your hard disk and double click on the file name. The logo will be displayed in the Logo Upload tab. If this is the correct logo click the Upload Logo button. If the logo is the correct size and format the image will be sent to WhitePhone for approval. Our team will review this shortly and make the image live.

Need to resize your logo?

If you need help in scaling your logo please click the Image Processor button. This will take you to our web site where you can upload any image in JEPG or GIF format.

If you have an image that is too large (over 160x120 pixels) to be used as your photo, then this utility will attempt to resize it for you.

Click on the Browse button below to select which image you wish to resize, and then click on the Resize button.

Please wait after clicking on the 'Resize' button, uploading the image may take some time if it is a large file.

Once you have processed your logo just save it to your computer. Please note that our Image Processor will not resize animated files.

To upload your resized logo click on Browse, find the resized logo from your computer and click the Photo Upload button.

Image Library

You can also use our Image Library to choose between variety of saved images and animated graphics.

Regions

Click on the Regions tab under Profiles/Company Profile.

Select the countries that you do business in by checking the box along side the country name. To make selection more simple and specific use the drop down region list and the Select All Displayed button. This information will be used to match/provide business opportunities for the products/services your company offers. This information we use to match business announcements from the Markets.
