Getting Started

Please Note:

This system has been built using the WhitePhone system and references to Whitephone in this document refer to the software that you are using. If you have not already logged in Whitephone will automatically change its brand identity once you log in.

Starting the software for the first time

Once WhitePhone is installed on your PC you can start the software by clicking on the WhitePhone shortcut on your desktop. Alternatively you can find WhitePhone Business in your programs list by going to Start, Programs.

Logging In

If you are logging into WhitePhone Business for the first time you will be asked to supply your email address and password that you have chosen while you registered. These will be displayed on the screen after you completed the online registration form.

If your network manager applied for your password you will still directly receive an email with your email address and password.

If you have not registered visit www.whitephone.com now. If you have been given a partner code, please enter the partner code in the box on the right hand side of the registration page.  Note: if your company is already registered you should ask the designated administrator to add you as a user so that you will be registered to that company.

Key in your email address and password. By checking the Remember Email Address & Password box you can save these settings. By checking the Automatically Login box you will be logged into WhitePhone Business when you start you your computer. If your computer is shared with other users or a publicly accessible computer do not check the box to save your settings, otherwise other users could make calls on your account.

Click the Login button.
