Q - Where are my passwords stored?
A - Passwords are stored on the WhitePhone servers and are encrypted for your security. If you forget your password please contact support@whitephone.com. A new password will be issued and emailed to the email address you used when you first registered with WhitePhone.

Q - How can I change my password?
A - Go to Profiles at the top left, then Personal Profile and Change Password you will have to supply your current password and type in your new one twice, then click the "Change Password" button.

Q - How do you bill me for WhitePhone?
A - Billing is quarterly by credit card. An email will be sent to you with your billing information.

Q - How do I cancel WhitePhone?
A -
a. If you wish to cancel your account with WhitePhone simply contact support@whitephone.com and advise us of your username and the reason you wish to cancel and we will close your account.
   
b. You can remove WhitePhone at any time from your computer by going to add / remove programs in Control Panel.

Q - What is your policy on upgrades?
A - WhitePhone will make upgrades freely available to you and will advise you by email when an upgrade is required. WhitePhone recommends that upgrades are installed to ensure the improvements and additional functionality are available.

Q - How many contacts can I have in my Online Monitor and Contact list at once?
A - At the moment you are limited to 100 contacts in your Online Monitor. There is no limit to your Contact list address books.

Q - How do I search for contacts in WhitePhone?
A - If you go to the Find tab and Search you can search for contacts to call and to add to your address book.

Q - What if my contacts have not joined WhitePhone?
A - You can simply enter their email address at the application window bottom left corner's “[Enter email, press Go!]” field. An automatic invite email will be generated from your email client that you can send to your contact. You can also import all your Outlook, Outlook Express and Windows address books using FastTalk! (go to Tools, FastTalk!). The user guide also provides information on how to import your addresses also from Yahoo! and AOL by first exporting them to Outlook or Outlook Express

Q - If my WhitePhone contacts are not online, can I leave messages for them?
A - Yes, you can leave messages in the form of text or voice. Once your contacts get online, they can retrieve and then respond to you.
